Broken bass mast supports were repaired by brazing. Supports, brass rigging plates and other brass hardware was cleaned, varnish removed and polished to a high shine. Masts, booms and yard arms were sanded smooth, stained and varnished. We begin securing some of the deck hardware. Both masts are set in place inside the supports and secured with some of the standing rigging.
